A fun way to teach creativity!

I love all our Kids Book About books and this one did not disappoint. Perfect way to encourage creativity in young children!

Art isn’t just for artists!

This was the lesson I have been LONGING FOR my whole life; some of us are artists who get praised for our work, and some of us are artists who just love the practice of making art.

This message completely rewrites the narrative I grew up with, that if you aren’t “great” at something, then it’s not for you.

Art is for anyone.

This book is great

What a fantastic message. We are all creative in our own way. AND, it's okay to let that creativity out!

Reframed my thinking about creativity. Good read.

Great Start

I ordered Racism, Money and Creativity. With 4 kiddos around our house ranging from 7-11 there have already been many conversations we've either had with them or they've overheard. When I began reading with my 10 year old, after she inquired about them as I was opening the box, one by one the other 3 kiddos came to sit and listen also. We ended up reading all 3 of the books. They enjoyed each one, though came away with different favorites :) The books are on the young side for all of my kids - but I still felt they did a great job giving my kids the appropriate language for their age to help them navigate conversations among peers. Great books!
