Dr. Ann-Louise Lockhart (she/her) is a pediatric psychologist, parent coach, author, speaker, and business owner of a thriving practice in San Antonio, TX: A New Day Pediatric Psychology, PLLC. Dr. Lockhart has been married for 23 years and has two children (ages 9 and 11).

Nakita (she/her) is an art director, designer, illustrator, and a first-generation college graduate of Jamaican parents. She’s a lifelong learner who is making the world feel a little warmer one conversation at a time.
